Ariat Women's Dixon Western Boot - Haute Pink Suede, 11 Medium

I love these boots! I really wanted to keep them as they are quite the impressive boot! I think the pair I got somehow the sizing was off. Both boots said 10 on them, but my right foot felt perfect and my left foot felt like I was squeezing it into a size 8. I tried stretching it in every way I could think of but nothing worked and my foot would be throbbing after stuffing it in there after only a minute or 2. After reaching out to the company for any advice they might have to stretch the smaller one as it DID say it was a size 10, they advised I return them which I did. BUT, I did order another pair and I'm praying for better results this time! They will be here this week, so I'm hoping both boots are truly a 10 and the last pair was just an error in manufacturing because I really do love them! I will update once I receive the new pair!***EDIT/UPDATE: Changing my review to 5 stars since I received my new boots and am much happier with the fit! Both boots fit fine on the new replacement pair. I've waited to update the review as I wanted to actually wear them a few times 1st to see how the felt. They are quite comfortable even after all day wear and walking around quite a bit. I wore them for an all day into the night event where I was in the city walking around going from place to place and standing on my feet for long periods of time and at the end of the night my feet still felt fine! I've seen several reviews saying the boots looked used and worn, based on the distressed look and bottoms of the boot. In my opinion other reviews showing the boot bottoms as worn are just the way the boot is made and the leather of the boot with discolorations or scratched looking areas is because it is a distressed boot which is supposed to look that way and is advertised as such. I've attached a video to show comparison of my boots that have actually been worn and what the bottoms look like after and also so you can see up close what the discolorations and imperfections of this distressed boot look like which isn't always easy to see in the advertising photos. You can clearly see in my video what the bottoms of an actual worn pair of boots will or should look like, compared to some reviews showing a smooth clean boot bottom that is suspected to have been worn. I did not feel like the bottoms were super slippery the first time I wore them as other reviewers have found. Maybe if you were inside on carpet or slippery floors it might feel that way, but if you're wearing them out and about they definitely don't feel slippery. I also had a great personal experience with the seller who was super responsive when I had an issue with the first pair and I did not have to pay for shipping to return the original pair as they sent me a return label that covered shipping. I'm not sure why others had an issue with this, unless there are multiple sellers on here. This is a beautiful, well made, comfortable boot and I've received many compliments on them! The leather smells amazing right out of the box and I personally love the distressed look. I'm happy the size issue was resolved with the new pair and now I can say I definitely recommend! Just be aware if you purchase them that they WILL look distressed like it says in the description, and that includes the heels and bottoms of the boots, so if that isn't a look you particularly care for these boots more than likely wouldn't be for you.

Love these boots. Wish they were a little more comfortable. They are not unpleasant to wear, but I can probably make them even better with a gel insert. Very nice boots. I will probably get another pair in a different color.

These red boots are fabulous! The leather is pearlized and just slightly shiny, they fit true to size. I bought mine a half size larger so my arch supports would fit. After they are broken in they will be my go to boots!

I’m usually a 7.5-8 so I got an 8 and they fit perfectly. They were a little uncomfortable before I broke them in but they’re fine now after a couple weeks. Had a very strong smell the first couple of days but it went away. Sooooo nice looking

I love the shape and pattern of these boots. They run a little on the large size. It’s taking a while to break them in because the leather is very stiff

If you do not properly care for your leather shoes and also expect them to feel great the first time you put them on ignore this review. Buy a size larger.NOW THAT'S OUT OF THE WAY...These little booties are beautiful and comfortable now. I don't have a big collection of shoes but I have a handful of pairs of good leather shoes. I regularly oil and/or grease my shoes (1). I take them to a cobbler for work on the soles or repairs as needed.I wear size 7.5 I ordered and received size 7.5. They fit properly.Like most good leather shoes (2), they are slightly uncomfortable on the first few wears, pinching the heel and my toes a bit... However, over time these shoes have become more and more comfortable the more I wear them. The leather stretches, no more heel pinching, or toe pinching. They're my go to slip on shoes. They have a good balance built in. I have arthritis in my knees and totally flat shoes hurt my knees and it's difficult to find shoes with a heel that also distributes my weight in a way that does not stress my knees. No knee pain :)! I give these ten stars for that.I also decided to buy another pair because of the great balance and my pain free knees. I may buy a third pair in another color...Notes:1. I oil and or grease my shoes every 2-4 months depending on amount of wear and weather.2. Perfection is impossible for a good made by human hands but leather shoes, with leather soles and hand stitching tend to be more easily repaired/maintained in shoe repair stores. As long as you take proper care they last many years.3. If I bought a bigger pair they'd feel great at first but over time the leather would still stretch but I would lose a lot of the support to keep my ankles and feet properly aligned.

I tried these on in store before going online. In typically an 8.5 or 9 in shoes and an 8 fit me perfect with socks underneath! I would size down. Also very comfortable even brand new!

Super good looking booties -compliments all day long!! They were just a bit stiff for a few minutes and then butta on my feet!!
