I order several pairs of Born boots in similar styles every year to teach in and have been a loyal customer since 2012. This is the first time that there was an issue. The zippers were stuck and the pull on the left boot broke off in my hand - very light metal (?) I just opened them to wear the 1st day of class on 9/6 , found out they were damaged- couldn't wear them and missed the return date by a couple of days. Very disappointing that I cannot contact the distributor to exchange the boots.
