We bought these as an alternative to paddock boots for my son for equestrian camp. They have the heel and rounded toe needed for safety and aren't tight around the ankle, something that really bothers him about traditional riding boots.
The boots are super waterproof and comfortable but! make sure that you’re wearing socks or longer pants while you’re breaking them in. I’ve worn them for a week straight and when I’ve got ankle coverage it’s ok!
I have these boots with the furry lining. The circumference on those reads 11.5. These state 14.5 but that is inaccurate and unfortunately they’re smaller in the ankle than the lined ones. I have bigger ankles so I prefer the lined ones, and was hoping these would be like those, but I can’t decide if I’m going to keep these
The boot opening was too tight to get my foot in.
I bought a size up for winter layering... it barely got on my foot the 1st time I wore it. I hadn't tried them on before I wore them to work, which was my fault. By the time I got to work my pant leg had ridden up and my ankle was sore from the boot rubbing against it. By the time I left work I was limping, bleeding from the cuts on my leg. Returning.Also, I'm ashy in the pic, let it rock because it hurt to touch for over a week.
Foot won’t even fit through the ankle part. I even order a whole size up.
Very cute, too bad the toe is too narrow. Returned.
I love the color! It is a little darker than chalk grey. The only thing I don't like about this model is the small opening. But the nice thing about small openings is skinnier pants fit nicely over the boots and they don't ride up. Very nice fit, too.
