The boot strap came off 33 days after I purchased. Amazon, Zappos, or Clarks could provide a refund. I have worn Clarks for years and this is the first time I have had a problem with their shoes.
I wear a standard size 9- these fit like an 8. I couldn’t even get my foot into the shoe. And when I tried holding the back tongue to slip my foot in (and no, I wasn’t forcing it or pulling too hard) the tongue ripped. Poor quality and runs too small. I’m returning them.
I e been wearing Clarks for over 30 years and I’ve purchased ankle boots before with no issues. I could not even get my foot in the boot. Sending them back for another style with larger wider size.
Zippers did not work well - kept sticking and getting caught up in liner
I really love the style as it looks great dressed up or casual. More importantly, they are comfortable. Be patient as at the first try boots felt a bit snug but as I wore them around the house for a longer time each time, they finally stretched out fine. These are best worn with light socks not thick ones.
The zippers are mostly non-functional so I can't get my foot in. I am returning them☹️.
The boot is narrow for an 11 wide. It was hard to get my foot in the boot because of where the zipper is located.
