I have consistently purchased Clarke’s shoes and boots for their style and comfort, so when they were delivered I didn’t worry about them giving me blisters. I wore them for 6 hours straight while completing some weekend errands. They were extremely comfortable from the minute I put them on until I got back home. The laces are adjustable to make a perfect fit as far as the width goes so once I did that, all I needed to do going forward is use the zipper on the side. They are extremely comfortable. I was surprised by how flexible and lightweight the soles felt as I was walking around today. I also really like the contrast of the smooth leather and suede on the upper part of the boot which adds texture to the overall style. I purchased these in black but I now plan to get them in additional colors.*Try to be careful of getting them wet in the rain or snow because they will stretch out and not provide the same support as before. Although this happened, I still really love them and I’m going to get another pair since they’re on sale. In my opinion, they’re still worth the money I paid for them.
I LOVE these ankle boots, having gone through a few different brands looking for something both stylish (not a sneaker) and comfortable these are the winners! I like that these have zippers (besides the laces), they go on/off in a cinch. They're just wide enough for my slightly wider feet and true to size. I have some foot/knee pain sometimes from walking so I don't walk long distances in these but they're perfect for strolling around the neighborhood, going shopping, or anywhere you need a decent, casual walking shoe but don't want anything bulky or too sporty looking.
Just started wearing these around inside to try them out. Perfect combo of side zipper with the look of a laced shoe. They are a tad snug in the toe and I would like to have tried half size up. They are fine without socks. I am a size 8 on all my shoes including other Clarks I have worn. They are making my feet warm almost hot inside so I think will be good for outside when chilly.

The picture shown is the inside-side view of the shoe rather than the outside. The zipper closure is on the outside normally wouldn't be a problem, but for someone with lupus with challenges and lifting my leg up, I have extreme difficulty closing the shoe! Otherwise, super cute & comfortable!
I can usually depend on the consistency in the fit and comfort of Clark's shoes. These boots are very comfortable and cute. I bought the black, gray, and blue on sale. I had to send the gray pair back for an exchange because the size was off. The exchange pair fit. I wear a 5 1/2. I was hoping that I could leave them tied and just use the zipper. But once tied the the zipper is too spread to zip. I also had to wax the zippers in each pair as they were very stiff.

This shoe is beautifully designed - as far as appearance. However, the toe box area is freakishly small. I generally wear a 10.5 size so ordered an 11. I could barely move my foot into the shoe. An 11 wide was out of stock, but that would not have been enough to allow the shoe to fit. Too bad, as it is an attractive shoe. I am sadly continuing to look for something similar that fits.
