True to size. Comfortable so far, and they look stylish. The gray color is perfect. Just got them and haven't worn them much, so I cannot review their durability. I wish they were suede leather. They're kind of expensive for synthetic material.
This is my second pair. My first pair are black. I loved those so much I had to see my other color options. I love supportive they are. They fit true to size. I always get lots of compliments on these. So fun to have comfortable footwear that is also cute!
I wear a 5 1/2 or 6, ordered a 6- fit is fine. My other Clarks shoes are high quality and comfortable, these , however- are not. A horrible design, each boot has two zippers so , while wearing them, you have four zippers flapping around making noise; it is a ridiculous design. Maybe I can glue two of them down ?? The inner side of each shoe rubs on your ankle bone . I waited too long and missed my chance to return them , otherwise, these shoes would have been sent back. I will probably put them in the Goodwill donation bag since they are very uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

True to size. Great boot for winter, looks good with leggings or jeans. Very comfortable. They’re nice! Highly recommend.
The shoes are comfortable however, not durable. It's been less than 6months and they are already worn.
I stand most of the day and these boots have so much cushion my feet don't bother me at the end of the day.
The top edges of these boots are very stiff and rub the front of my ankles. I tried them on with longer, heavier socks and tops still rubbed and hurt. Boots are uncomfortable and rather shapeless. They are stiff and do not follow the contour of the top of the foot. The soles look good, nice and thick.
