Love these boots! I was regretting this purchase because they were not a PRIME item, which is usually all I order, and they took almost TWO WEEKS to arrive. But glad I bought them because they're perfect! The perfect height, not too high, not too low and comfortable. Slightly big but that's good if you wear a medium weight (not too thick) sock, which is what I plan to do since it's a winter shoe. Overall, completely satisfied with this purchase!
I wanted to like these but even with added cushion insoles I didn't find them comfortable enough to keep.

The insole has no padding. They would be much more comfortable with an insert. But otherwise they are comfortable and cute! If you are typically a size wide, definitely size up.
This shoe fits well and looks expensive. Customer service is excellent.
