I bought for my daughter as a christmas present but returned for 1 size larger as it was a little tight. Being waterproof was a plus.
Beautiful color and style but unfortunately the suede material which I expected to be soft was so stiff that I could hardly get them on (the heel just wouldn’t budge). I tried to walk around in them at home hoping they would relax a bit since they are the look I have been wanting but had to return as they are far too uncomfortable to wear.

Went up half a size based on other reviews.These are a great looking boots and comfortable to wear once they are on. It is getting them on that is the problem. They are very slim fitting in the ankle and only have one zipper. It is quite an effort to get my foot into the boot. I have been persisting to see if it becomes easier as the leather softens and it has but not enough to solve a design flaw. Unusual for Cole Haan boots to have this problem.Look so good on though I am prepared to go through the rigmarole to wear them.
