It was a gift for my Mom and she simply love them. They're comfortable and easy to put on.
Shipping was fast, boots are as described and beautiful. Second time ordering from this brand/seller on their Amazon shop. First order on a different pair came in perfect.However, these arrived already a bit scuffed up. Lines aren’t very deep and bottoms were clean, so I assume I was sent someone else’s return that didn’t get inspected before re-shipping to a new customer. Bit disappointing to see and am weary of online ordering again in the future.
