Why can't shoe makers standardize shoe sizes? I got these in my usual 8.5, the boots said 8.5 on them, and my feet were swimming in them, couldn't walk in them. Disappointed, I returned them and might try the 8. Be forewarned, they are over sized. They do seem like really nice boots.After waiting over two weeks, my size 8 boots arrived and they fit well, altho they were pretty scuffed. I polished with brown shoe cream and it helped the scuffs come out. Should not have to do this with brand new shoes! Again beware of size issues. If anything I go up to 9 in a boot, never down to a size 8! They are nice and comfortable and warm. Stilll waiting for my Amazon gift card refund on original boots. It's been over two weeks!
These are beautiful boots and look just like the picture and are super comfortable. I really wanted these to work, but sadly they are too big around the lower ankle area and make me look like I have “cankles.” Unfortunately, I’m sending them back.
