They run a little large. I am 8-8.5 and 38 is a bit large for me. Also I don’t have the smallest ankles but it seems the boots are little wide still. Otherwise quality wise they are awesome and they also look great.
This is a beautiful boot! The black leather is soft and supple; the heel is 1.5" (exactly the height I like) and it has a rugged bottom. Such a classy look overall. NOTE: The style runs large. I am exactly 8.5 but the size 39 (which corresponds to 8-8.5) is huge. I have ordered a 38 (7-7.5) and am pretty sure it would fit. So this makes me think their sizing is like Dansko's (a brand I always comfortably fit into a 38 somehow even though I am an 8.5). I should mention I saw the brown version of this boot at a store and thought it was a very homely brown color - I would describe it as a mud brown.UPDATE: The 38 was also too large so I had to get the 37, which is listed as 6-6.5! The sizing is totally off. I measure 8.5 and the 37 is what fit me perfectly (with room for toes to wiggle). Size 1-2 sizes down!
