These are very cute. I do wish they had fit. Normally I wear an 8 or 8.5 and I bought the 39 (which I think is a 9) but even those were too small for me. Bummer. They are very nicely made. A great quality of leather which smells really authentic. I would venture a guess that someone with a narrow foot will do better in these boots. I have a normal width foot and I really felt like I had to cram my foot in. (Where's Prince Charming when you need him?) So I would say try them but buy a bigger size...maybe even a lot bigger.
I bought these boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The color is just as it looks in the picture. They fit as expected and are very comfortable. They look really cute with her jeans and she really loves them.
