I needed Victorian era looking shoes quickly to work The Dickens Christmas Fair in SF. I was so excited to find Hushpups in this style!! These arrived quickly, and they fit perfectly without needing inserts.The laces are elastic, but with the side zipper and me having very high arches, I do not mind. The laces could easily be replaced with ribbon if desired.These are exceptionally comfortable for working and being on your feet all day.100% worth the $$$10/10 👍👍
Dear lord, what I had to go through to get these. They use DHL shipping which is horrible. They mis delivered and sent me a photo of it in front of the wrong door with the address clearly labeled and not even close to mine. So I reached out to customer service and they told me to contact the seller directly. I did, then got an automatically generated reply saying they’re fulfilled by Amazon and to contact Amazon. I got the work around for hours before finally being offered a refund. I said no, I want a replacement. Then I got another work around talking about how they’re not Amazon fulfilled and can’t offer me a replacement, only a refund. They demanded that was the case and told me to take the refund and just buy a new pair. The price had drastically jumped from the time I got them, though. I was finally promised I’d be refunded the difference and did it. She the shoes finally did come, I loved them. The only complaint I have is that the insoles are cheap and slide down and come apart. I bought new comfy insoles and haven’t had an issue since. Super cute and I get tons of compliments. I just wish they used a different shipping service.
Perfect and comfortable
Came in a good box, with plenty of padding inside shoes. Laces are stretch, because it zips up the side. My fiancee loves them as a gift and nice shoe that is elegant.
I bought these to go with a wedding rehearsal dress and thought they would be an amazing addition to my outfit. If you have small to average ankles , these are not going to hug your ankle. There is a huge gap at the ankle , which makes the shoe unsuitable for a dress. If the mouth was smaller to fit an overage ankle , they would be amazing. The fit …I wear a 61/2 and the 6 was very comfortable . Very comfortable shoe otherwise .
