These boots have gone through a torrential rain and proved to be waterproof. The boots are soft inside and out allowing for maximum comfort. These boots are reasonably priced. If you need a good-looking, knock-a-round boot this is your Best Buy.
When you lace them up you get folds and creases in the tongue of the boot against your foot - I can't imagine how bad the bruises/blisters would be if I tried wearing these a full day. They also have less support and cushioning than even something like a converse. I can't speak to how waterproof they are or are not, as they didn't make it out of my house before I decided to return them.
I have a huge food so usually the typical leather booties look like skis. These have laces so kind of solve that problem. They're also just different and I get tons of compliments when I wear then. Not overly warm, but they are fairly weather proof. Comfy enough to walk around in all day but not durable enough for hiking. Worth noting that it's a pretty tight opening so if you have a big heel like me you'll have to take time lacing these up every time you put then on. They are not slip-ons.
I loved the way these looked but they were so stiff which made them uncomfortable. Because of the material I didn’t think they would eventually break in so I sent them back. It’s a shame because they really are cute.
I had a similar pair of Keds boots that lasted 3 years, these are starting to show wear much quicker.
Love the Scout boot, well made, nice style and comfortable, I’ve worn Keds since I was a kid!
These are great, but they were too big so I suggested a half size down.
