I purchased these boots after having to return similar ones (different manufacturer but same size, 8.5, medium width) that were way too narrow. This boot fit perfectly and the leather was softer than the other ones. There were no reviews yet, so I was a little hesitant to buy them, but glad I did.I have bunions and need to use orthotics in all my shoes so I typically go up a 1/2 size. So far these boots fit perfectly and seem like they will break in easily and be very comfortable.
I love that these boots are leather, so far they seem like sturdy full grain leather, not bonded leather. Time will tell on that one. they fit well, and i'm very pleased with the comfort. The toe has enough vertical room for my funny upturned toes which is why I bought them. the missing star is because there are no eyelets on the shoelace holes (the little metal rings that make lacing easier). However, once the lacing is adjusted, the zipper makes it unnecessary to keep moving the laces. Very comfortable, good quality.
I wear a 9.5M in most brands. I purchased these in 9.5 and there was a lot of space left in the toe box. I could have gone down at least half a size, if not a whole size. At the same they were very tight across the top of the foot. This would likely stretch out over time. The lack of grommets gives them a very clean look, but makes adjusting the laces VERY difficult. The boots seem to be well made overall. The leather is not the best quality. It's stiff and relatively thin. One thing that really surprised me is that the soles are stitched with purple thread. It's not really noticeable at a distance, but I thought that was an interesting choice.
Love these boots tried a few sizes found 1 size bigger felt the best. Such a comfortable and sharp pair of boots

These are nice boots. It looks like it's real leather. The leather is not soft. So hopefully it softens with wear. I haven't worn yet cuz I need to put inserts they are a bit big and get some as support.
