No breaking in
Stylish and smell like good leather. They match my leather handbag perfectly. Not as comfortable as I would hope, not much padding in footbed, no arch support but ok for average boots.
These squeezed my feet terribly and I’m a size 6. No arch support either.
I got these for my wife, and she says people want to know two things:They are good qualityThey are genuine Lucky brand.The leather feels really good. The upper parts above your ankle are soft and supple.She likes them and wears them. She has 20 other pairs to choose from, so that seems pretty good.
The Lucky Brand Vellida Ankle Boot is soo nicely done, I absolutely love the cut out feature on the side of the boot, it gives a nice modern look to the traditional ankle boot. True to size and comfortable for all day wear. Also love the lower stacked heel, very comfy to walk in.These have quickly become my new favorite fall boots!

Design is boring . The toe is rounded, but is neither an attractive round or an attractive point. I tried two pairs and send them back. Looks like I will have to spend a lot more money to get attractive boots.I have always liked Lucky brand especially for the fit. But Fry which is twice as expensive definitely has the design edge and quality.
These are gorgeous boots. My granddaughter says they are extremely comfortable to walk in. It is getting harder and harder to find leather boots these days. These are nice and soft leather. I would highly recommend at this price point.
