Boots are cute. But too big. They are very long but narrow. Trying to decide whether or not to keep them. As my size is not stocked in stores & they are always oversized for a size 5 - 5 1/2. I rarely find shoes that are even in that size range & are anywhere near a true 5 - 5 1/2 if I do. Disappointed & heart broken as usual.🥺🥺
I wear a 9, and these boots (8.5) are still a bit loose.

Daughter glued the metal ring back on and wears them anyway, but still counts as broken.
Fit- I'm a 6.5 (sandals and heels) and 7 in sneakers and boots and & 7 fit well. Cute and comfy with a side zipper. I tried it on at home and was like what is that crinkly loud crumbly plastic sound? I checked no paper left in boots, it is actually inside the boot where the fur/ fleece is. It is like someone left plastic crinkly paper inside and with each step or movement of foot you hear it. Loudly. What a stupid way to ruin a boot. It cant be removed. It would be embarrassing to wear. This was others' experience too at Macy's with the same boot. The review wasn't working there so I wanted to save others the hassle of a return. It is like they put plastic or tissue paper in to make it look fuller but it just ruins the boots.
