Had to send back because they didn't have a 9 so tried an 8.5 and was too tight
Great heel height felt sturdy liked the zipper for easy on off. Wanted them badly to be my new heeled boots but they both SQUEAKED badly. At first it was just one but after a few more rotations in my living room it was clear the problem was getting worse and was in both shoes. I gave it 3 because I hope that squeaking was just an isolated incident. I didn't want to go through another try. Amazingly fit well with a comfortable toe box, I'm a 6 in both women's altra & keen and a 4.5 in men's Timberland if that helps. Hope you have a better experience.
