I don't mind saying that I'm 59 years old and I can't wear heels like I used to. In fact, I almost never wear heals, because it's too painful. That being said, these boots caught my attention and I wondered if I would be able to wear them, so I ordered them through the "try it before you buy it" part of Amazon.First, they are as gorgeous as the photos. Second, they fit true to size. I wear a 7, ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly. They have a side zipper to aid in getting them on. The leather is very soft and high quality.I have a very high arch in my feet and still, these boots fit perfectly. The heel doesn't bother me in the least bit, either. I find them very comfortable. They can be dressed up or down.I love how they make me feel put together (and yes, I will say it: YOUNGER!!) I would buy these again in a heartbeat!
Good leather boot, heel not too high.Size: I suggest to just order true to size with this boot, it has room for winter socks but fine and half size up was too largeComfort: Fine for work wear if you don't have to walk the entire day. No break in periodIf you have wide feet/ankles the toe box or ankle might not work as well.
