I purchased the Navy Nappa Leather Boots. The leather is soft and supple and a dark navy color as shown on the Amazon website. I ordered my normal shoe size (8) and they fit perfectly. The heel height is comfortable and not too high. They were brand new and no problems with the zippers. Note: The footbed is cushioned in the heel area but not the front part of the boot. The height of the top of the boot rises above my ankle which is what I was looking for in a bootie. They will look nice with pants or a dress/skirt. Also, when I bought them from Amazon they were 1/2 the price that I saw on other websites. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

The navy ones are gorgeous. I wore them to church, and they were very comfortable. I love comfortable well-made shoes, and these are! I do not usually write reviews, and the ones I read I do not believe. However, I tried my best to help you with a truly accurate review.

Absolutely love my Marc Joseph booties. The heel is the right height for me and they are very comfortable for standing and walking.I purchased these to go with a pair of navy slacks and the navy is a perfect match. Some reviews mentioned problems with the zipper, I didn't have any issues with mine.

The leather is thin and very easy to wrinkle and crease. When I pulled the boots out of the box, I was certain I had received a pair that had been worn and returned because they had so many creases in the leather. The soles however, did not show any wear. The leather is quite shiny, a bit too shiny for my taste. The zippers did not work smoothly at first, but after forcing them up and down several times it only helped the zipper function a small bit. At this price point, I would expect a very smoothly functioning zipper. I find the whole forefoot sole of the boot to be rather uncomfortable. There is barely 1/8"-1/4" of sole beneath the forefoot and there is no padding on this area of the insole. Couple this with a nearly 2.5" heel height and I would not be at all comfortable standing, walking or wearing these boots for a whole daytime or a whole evening. Perhaps women who are used to wearing heeled pumps will not be bothered by this at all. In new condition, I found the heels of the boots to be remarkably slippery on hard surfaces (tile or wood floors). I almost fell when the boot heel slipped sideways during my gait. The sole of the forefoot had plenty of secure traction and grip, I only had problems with the heel. The leather feels very soft and the boot is lined with leather. I can feel insole cushioning in the heel of the boot. I must add a cushioning insole to be able to tolerate longer periods of wearing these boots. My overall opinion is these are okay boots if you are used to wearing heels, don't normally have comfort issues with your feet and can afford their price. I think for me there are too many negatives and the price is way too high. I can appreciate the style and quality (albeit) the sticky zipper. I think glove leather does tend to be shiny, thin and creases easily, so realize this is how these boots will look. Reminds me of 1990's leather.

Love the navy leather booties, I've been looking for navy leather booties for years. Haven't worn the boots outside yet but have worn inside a couple times, so far feel comfortable but won't know how comfortable until I wear them for long periods of time.Just want to mention that the heel is between 2" - 2.5".

Fit is a true size 9. Beautiful boots with super soft leather. However they have an extremely strong chemical smell and sticky chemical inside the boots. Also the zippers are very hard to use.

This is a lightweight boot, even with the buckle with a serviceable heel that can be worn as dress up or down. For those who can’t walk in pencil thin heels, this boot has a wide 1.5” heel that’s actually broader where it touches the ground making walking, if not running even, comfortable. The leather is quite soft and smooth... not baby soft and supple, but firm enough to hold its shape. The zipper on the left boot sticks a bi and I’m afraid if it doesn’t let up a bit, I may end up ripping off the pull, but under examination, it looks like the pull tab is completely soldered so the metal would actually have to snap for this to happen. It’s thin enough that it could depending on how hard it’s pulled. Other than that, the fit is true to size, the leather is tough but still susceptible to scuffing like any leather, and comfortable. The only thing I don’t care for is the red ribbon tab. I don’t know if it’s a signature mark, but it doesn’t enhance the boot design in any way and draws attention to it.
