The back of the shoe where it hits the ankle doesn't have the usual little comfort pad sewn in. It actually cuts into the back of my ankle. I own several pair of NAOT shoes and love them.... returning. The Primrose and Koru have the small leather pad sewn on the top of the back to keep this from happening. Also tighter than the other 40's I have purchased through Naot.
Love Naot shoes, thought the sizing would be more consistent through the brand...buy a half size up on this shoe if you get it.
