Liked the bootie but unfortunately had to send back. My true shoe size is 10.5 which is almost impossible to find. I have to try on the shoe and depending on the cut I go with either a 10 or 11 to get a decent fit. These were just a little too big and slipped on my heel enough that I knew I just wouldn't be able to walk for long in them (ie: exploring a new town or festivals, etc). They were also a little narrow in the toe box, but being leather I knew they'd give enough to be comfortable the way leather tends to do.
I suffer from chronic pain due to a back injury I received in a car accident several years ago and have had to get rid of any shoes/boots with any heel. At the same time, I need at least some support (cute ballet flats are out of the question). I have struggled for years to find stylish and supportive shoes that make me feel even somewhat fashionable. I have it on good authority from my two teenage daughters that these boots are “super cute!” The added bonus is that they’re extremely comfortable. I can walk without the excessive stabbing pain that booties with a heel inflict. I had these on my wishlist for quite a while before I finally purchased them and now wish I hadn’t waited so long
Of course it has to be a but to this, once the boot is on, it is a great fit. What I am afraid of is crushing the heal to get boot on. I would have thought by now that it would be easier to get on, but that is not the case. So, I do believe in time the heal of the boot will crush, just enjoy until then. Once the boot is on it is a 8 hour shoe, it is very comfortable and true to size. I wear a size 8 regular.
I bought these to wear in situations where I need to feel a little more dressed up - ie, some work situations. I love boots and booties, but most of mine are on the casual side, as I live and work in a pretty casual world. However, I do occasionally dress up and these boots are perfect. They go great with slacks and would look cute with a skirt and tights. They are very sleek and unassuming.Naturalizer is a known brand, which is why I selected these. (And I got them for a great bargain during Cyber Week.) I have really hard to fit feet - wide at the top, big toes, yet narrow by the ankles and a high arch. Painting a pretty picture, aren't I? The first time I put the booties on, I was a little concerned they were too tight. (I ordered a wide.) This is mainly due to my high arch, and the fact I had been walking around a lot so my feet were a bit swollen. However, the first day I wore them all day, they completely conformed to my feet and were as light as air! I almost didn't want to take them off! The Naturalizer brand came through.I can wear anywhere from an 8 wide to a 9 regular. 8.5 wide in these booties seem to be the perfect size. Highly recommend these for daily work wear!
I bought these shoes for work (as I work in a themed location). They shipped fast and were on my doorstep in a day and a half! They’re extremely comfortable. My feet no longer hurt at, or after, work. The only downside I’ve noticed is that they scuffed pretty badly the very first time I wore them. For me that’s fine because it adds to the theming! But others would not be as happy with it
I wish these boots had lasted. They are comfortable and started out very cute, but they scuff so easily that they started looking beat up after just a few wears.
I like that they run just a bit wide with plenty of toe room since I will wear these in the winter with a thicker sock. I wore them at work all day and had no discomfort. I did add a thin foot insert so my foot does not wiggle around when I walk. Overall they are cute and comfortable.
Way too small. Too narrow for a wide width ordered. Too short for 8-1/2. Might be in the wrong box.
