Love the heel, sexy and comfy except for the shaft height. Just rides down.
I wear average size 7.5/8 in boots and these were wayyyyyy too tight on my feet. Had to return. Thus, the 3 stars. Quality looked good but they run very small. I usually wear an 8 in NW brand and ordered an 8.
