I mostly was interested in these for travel and warmth. I’m pleasantly surprised how great they are. I usually wear a 10 in women’s and the large fit perfectly. Soles feel strangely hard at first but when you wear them they become really squishy but also firm and supportive, like warmth softens them?! Idk. Toes nice and warm. With the heel down they kinda flip off so will use with heel up. Only using for indoor home/hotel use but bottoms certainly thick enough for a little outdoor trip to the mailbox or something. Also VERY light. Prefer to wear with socks bc otherwise toes feel a little sweaty.Update after wearing 3 days: white, chalky/sticky residue completely covered my heel in one boot. So sad. Called Outdoor Research and they said it's the aerogel leaking and that it should only happy after years of use, not 3 days. Helped me problem solve a return and offered a discount and free shipping directly from their website for the newer version that doesn't have aerogel. Thank goodness OR has good support. If not for the *leaking* would have been the perfect slipper.
