These fit great. One functional and one simply decorative zipper. They look so nice. Well made and comfortable.
Good quality boot, comfortable, fits true to size
I really wanted to love these boots. I'm a 9.5 and they fit true to size. They are made from very nice, quality leather and are very stylish. I love everthing about these boots until I put them on. They were very comfortable but the top of the boot really cuts into the front of my left ankle. The right boot is fine, no problems. So I thought maybe they just need broke in a bit. I wore them around the house for about 10 minutes and the left boot continued to do its nasty little digging into my leg. Sadly, they are boxed up and ready to go back.
I just love these boots . They are truly easy to wear and look elegant on!I bought them for the cool weather and they have been easy to wear for hours of walking around or shopping.
This is a beautifully styled boot. Very attractive.The leather is quite soft.There are zippers on both sides: inside and outside of the boot.Only the inside zipper is functional (Why do both?)I removed the tissue "stuffing" - Left foot went in easily. The Right foot was downright painful and my foot began to cramp (I didn't even get it inside all the way). Upon further investigation, there was a black-tissue wrapped "form" tightly fitted into the top side of the boot to the toe. Surprise! (There wasn't this on the left boot which would conclude that this pair was a return) No problem, after I extracted the tissue and the form, my foot slid in like the left boot.I ordered a WIDE because later in the day, my feet swell and I must wear socks.I tested these late afternoon on a hot afternoon and even with my thick Thorlo socks, the WIDE still had space (another surprise). Which means that I would need the B/Medium width.However, I will return these because even though the leather is soft, the fit in front of my ankle was not comfortable and I feel, even with a B/Medium width, I would "feel" this even more.I will add, that at this high price, there were already marks on the leather and clearly -- this is a "sensitive" leather that will show wear too soon for me. Beautiful Boot, but sadly - won't work for me.
Quality is always good with Rockport. Comfort and Durability is always good.
I ignored the many reviews that say these don’t fit well and rub on the ankle, and I now have to return them. It’s too bad, because the leather is beautiful, it’s just a bad design. These dig into the front of my ankles when I walk.
Really nice shoe— high quality but runs short. To be fair, I had plantar fasciitis surgery on both feet which I think made my foot a little longer after cutting the tendons. Worth trying.
