Good fit for my 12W feet, once on. Easy to get off, keeps feet warm in a ND city winter (not hours outside), comfortable to wear. But heavens! They are so hard to get on!!!
I purchased and received these boots last March. I ordered them because I love the style and trusted the Ryka name brand. Upon receiving them, I noticed a significant moldy/musty smell. I should have returned them right away however I figured after wearing them in the snow and letting them air out all Spring and Summer the smell would dissipate. NOT! I cannot wear them anywhere but out to shovel snow. I tried to wear them to church and the entire room smelled awful. Be aware - if you spend this much money on boots and they stink upon arrival - return them immediately! There's now way to eliminate the stench. I wish there was a solution at this point however I guess I'm SOL. :(
These are super cute boots. I get compliments every time I wear them the only problem is they're very hard to get your foot into.
Feels like you are in a great pair of tennis. Light feeling, not heavy w/ distance walking. Not as slip proof as I'd hope for, but great otherwise! so 4.5 stars!
to hard to put on runs small nothing wide about wide
I sized up 1/2 size because I wear heavy socks in the winter. I also ordered wide as I have a bunion on one foot. I thought they were very easy to slip on and my foot has plenty of room to spread out. They are soft and nice and warm. The sole seems very sturdy and should be good in the ice and snow. Overall, very pleased with the boots. Good value also.
Very small opening, even with the laces wide open. Could not get my foot into the boot.
