I searched av while for some water resistant/waterproof boots for a trip. I had some of another brand, and i liked the way they looked but the size was a little off maybe, or maybe they just weren’t that comfortable for walking around a lot. Anyway, i tried these. They did perfect. Great fit ( i got a half size up and put in some dr. Sholls inserts) and i never had a problem. Walked all over Ireland. They def good exposed to cold, and some light sprinkling but no downpours, so i don’t really know about how they do withstanding a lot of water, but they were very comfortable.
True to seller description. The ankle was snug but not too tight. The shoe box was adequate and comfortable. This fabric is waterproof's and sure enough it is !
I have slim ankles and found these to be too narrow at the tops. They rubbed with each step so I returned.
The opening with the zipper down is too small to put my foot in. The shoe size was correct, but the design of the shoe was not.
