I love these boots. Definitely size up. They fit a little tight when you first put them on, but once you start walking in them, you will break them in. Wore these all day at work & they did not hurt my feet! Glad I got these for winter!
I wish I could do 4.5 stars because I love these boots! They are beautiful, stylish, and comfortable. My only complaint is there is not enough grip on the bottom of them, so you have to be careful when walking on certain surfaces. I saw other reviews mention adding something to the bottom of them that helped, so I may try that. But they are good boots at a good price!

I love the style and look of these, however they are definitely not true to size. I wear an 8-8.5, and I don't have wide feet. These fit like a size 7 and are extremely tight in the toes. They also have that cloth bottoms, was slipping everywhere in my office.

I sat on the edge of my bed and tried this one. They are very nice and stylish but a little tight . I thought maybe I just need to break them in a bit but when I looked at the bottom of the shoe you could tell they were worn. Got me thinking maybe they returned for same reason.
