I love these! They are super cute and very comfortable. In fact, these are probably the most comfortable shoes with a heel I’ve worn. I’m glad I read the reviews prior to purchasing and I decided to go a half size up, which fit great with thicker socks! I haven’t had a chance to wear them in wet conditions yet but I’m really pleased with them either way! Definitely worth the buy!
This is really a nice pair of boots for cold/wintery weather.
Sorel has amazing fit, comfort, and quality.Snow, rain, cold, or heat these boots look great and perform well.They fit true to size. I went up a half-size because I wear thicker socks with boots.No break-in required: wore them nearly 10 hours the first time and my feet were not sore, no blisters, no red marks on my feet.Yes, they are expensive but protecting your feet while looking great makes it worth every penny!
I got a size 8, my usual Sorel and boot size. These are super comfortable, not as comfortable as the Joan of Arctic Wedge booties, and very cute!! I love these, and they are my go-to for brown booties.
I really wanted to love these shoes because they are so cute. While they are not bad for how high the heel appears, they are definitely not my go-to comfortable walking shoes. I walk about a 1.5 miles every day to and from work and was hoping these would be fine for the journey based on reviews for sorel shoes. Not so. They're fine if you are not walking too long. But they do have the walking on tiptoe feel you get with heels after about 20 minutes in them. They feel is also somehwat hard on the heel and really hurt my feet after a while.Pros - they are very warm, supppeeeerr cut, waterproof and true to size. I also wore them in super snowy conditions and my feet were well protected and the traction was great. I will keep them for shorter days.
Great little boots... fit as expected and timely delivery
Purchased my first Sorel Wedge shoes and they are so comfortable. I ordered a 8.5 and it fits perfectly with a little thicker sock. I have a very small achilles tendon and the shoe fits better than I expected around my heal / lower calf area. The shoe strings will allow for room if your heal/lower calf area are larger so don't worry. The traction is wonderful. If you have a narrow foot or tend to be on the smaller end of a size I would suggest ordering down a size.
