1st I will say I ordered these boots last year in another color & love them so I decided to get another pair. They came quickly but they look worn like someone tried to clean them up. I was not informed they would be refurbished. They appear to be 2 slightly different colors, the left boot is lighter & has marks all over like they were scrubbed with a suede cleaning brush, there are also pieces of debris in the bottoms. The box has a small joke & the paper that comes inside box to wrap boots in is very crinkly. Pictures show this. I'm disappointed because I had planned on waring them tonight, also I didn't agree to buy refurbished boots.Size is perfect 7.5 wide, lose enough to ware thick socks & still comfy.I'm usually 7-7.5 but going up to wide was recommended & I'm happy I did. Unfortunately I will be returning & hoping they send me a New unworn pair.
