Vince Camuto Women's Salintino Cone Heel Bootie Ankle Boot, Black, 8.5

I got the size 8 in taupe/tan/beige. Sorry, it was new taco shell or something odd like that, lol.It's a nice color. More brown than tan, which I like, as the color will lend a bit more stain fighting power to the boots.They are comfortable. I'll put in insoles, as there doesn't seem to be much padding included, but I also have flat feet, so I wear insoles and thick socks year-round. My feet can be very picky about how much padding there is in shoes.My feet are thinner in the back and wider in the front. I have no pinching on the front sides at all, which is a relief. Sometimes, this style of boots can make pinch the fronts of my feet. They seem to be more of a wide fit than a normal fit, which I'm great with.There's a bit of extra space in the toe area. I have a bit of extra space behind my heel. Worth sizing down?Not sure yet. I plan to wear these a little longer to figure that out. I did try them on without insoles and socks and walk in them, so I'll try the insoles and socks before I make a decision. I feel like if I was closer to a 7.5 in size, then a 7 would have fit better for me. (I'm more of a 7 3/4. My feet just can't decide, lol, but 8s are usually a more comfortable fit for me.)The bottoms and heels on these are textured (just lines cut on the soles), and I had no slipping on hardwood or tile. The heel is enough to help my posture. I wouldn't plan to run in these, but that's just me. They're more of a classy boot, not a work/play boot to me.I would buy again. I like that the style is more of a clean-cowboy-boot look. I love the fit and support for my ankles and heels and that these are versatile enough to wear to the office with slacks or to wear with a more low-key dress for a night out. The price is very fair for the style and quality.

I have a narrow foot and these were tight on me. I tried 2 sizes with no luck

Bought these for my girlfriend who wears a size 9 in boots normally. They run a half size too big. Tried to exchange them, but it doesn't give you an option. Only to return them and it can take up to 30 days to get a refund. Wish there was an exchange policy rather than a return.

These are very cute and true to the product images. They went on well and are fairly comfortable since they have a nice wide heal. I have larger feet and sometimes a more narrow fit can be uncomfortable, but these aren't an issue. They fit as expected and work well with the width of my foot. I would recommend these!

I've always been a fan of Vince Camuto, so I was pleasantly surprised to see these boots as a part of the Vine program. I immediately ordered them.First thing I noticed about them out of the box: they are beautiful. The color and material are just as shown and so great for fall. Very stylish.First thing I noticed about them on my feet: they are a bit narrow. I have fairly narrow feet myself, so they are still comfortable, but if you have wider feet, I imagine these would be a bit uncomfortable for you. It is especially narrow around the little toe. I'll have to wear thin socks with these.Other than the narrowness, they seem pretty comfortable. The footbed is a little cushy, which helps. The true test will be wearing them all day and seeing out my feet feel.

These are adorable western style booties that are very comfortable! The new tortilla color is a nice taupe color that will go with anything and the suede material is really soft. I have pretty wide feet so I can’t always comfortably wear regular width shoes - however, these booties fit well and were very comfortable when I wore them for a night out with a lot of walking. The soles have decent traction on smooth floors as well. These will be awesome booties for fall!
