These boots are gorgeous and pretty comfortable for having such a high heel (in orthotic shoe terms). Others have mentioned that it runs narrow, and my feet are on the wider side of normal. I was nervous to order them, but I know that leather stretches over time.When they arrived, I put them on and was again a bit concerned about the snugness. I decided to wear them for a few days, and wouldn't you know it, they fit like a glove now. It only took about 3 days of wear to get them into that perfect fit.The arch support was another concern at first, as it was a little higher and closer to the center than I'm used to. But just like the snug fit, this molded to my foot a bit with wear. I'd recommend these boots to anyone.
This is a beautiful pair of boots and I wanted to keep them desperately. I toyed with the idea for a week, while they sat in their box ready to be returned. Common sense prevailed and back they went. They are really good looking!I bought the same size I wear in Vionic sandals--11M, because I consider it amply or over-sized for my foot. I would have needed a 12W in this boot for it to be comfortable. And if they'd have had that size I would have reordered.Well, I guess there was a good reason for these boots to be so economically priced and I should have known. Be aware: There is a stubborn and hard cardboard sleeve that is stuck in the boot area above the curve of ankle to foot. It was so tight in there I thought it was part of the boot at first. But I finally wrangled it out. Also there is a Vionic foot pad loose in the bottom of each boot. It is not an extra pad, it is the only pad, but it is not anchored down in any way. I found that odd.....
I like these shoes, they fit well, but they don't flex much on the ankle so going down the stairs is a bit awkward. Also, it was supposed to be Amazon Prime (free shipping), but I was charged for shipping. Not happy about that.

The cream color actually looks like off-white, elegant and refined, it is not bright white that shouts from afar "here I am" it is simple and elegant, discreet, if you like to look different from others, these are your boots... .
I only recently discovered vionic shoes. I have super high arches and it's always difficult to find shoes that accommodate my high instep and wide toe box. This isy fourth pair of vionic shoes, and these boots did not disappoint. There is a modest heel which I was apprehensive about because heels are super painful for me. I tested them out for a few hours one day and was surprised that I didn't experience any discomfort.I decided to risk it the following week, and I ended up wearing them all day and only suffered minor soreness at the end of the day. A big plus because typically if I wear heels for an entire day the pain is crippling and lasts for several days.I typically wear a size 8 shoe in most shoe brands, so I ordered a size 8. Boot looks as pictured.
