My son loves these shoes. He said they are comfortable and make him feel like he can jump. Important for a basketball shoe. I would buy another pair. Might be sooner than later because this boy is growing like a weed.
These are exactly what he wanted. He'll receive them tomorrow for his birthday. They are nice looking shoes!
Tight around the heel and good fit around the front. I wish I were able to slip my foot in but the top of the heel is really soft so you really can't. Can't complain though, these sneakers are great for the gym. My squats and lifts are super stable and I can walk on the treadmill for a good while after. Feet never needed to break these in and I have fat feet. Very good shoe.
I have been lifting for years and always struggled with moves like squats and lunges due to my feet placement (and how it affects my leg movement and stability). Over that time I have tried many shoes, tried lifting barefoot, tried barefoot shoes, wedging a towel under different parts of my foot, etc. Nothing worked, until I tried these!!!!!! I admit when I first put them on, they felt like big tanks, they are a bit clunky. And honestly, I did not think they were that attractive looking but my interest wasn't aesthetics, it was practicality. So, I gave them the test and did a full heavy lifting workout and WOW! So much stability, I did movements better than I ever have. I am sooooo thrilled!!!! May sound ridiculous but after 5-6 weeks lifting with them, I have actually seen my thigh muscle definition improve and I believe it is because I can do the movements so much better now.I have worn these also for short conditioning workouts and walking, and while they are fine for that, other shoes are better suited if those are your only or primary goals. But if you are looking for a good shoe for lifting, CrossFit, etc., I would suggest giving these a whirl!
