Build quality is what it should be for $200, leather smells really good too! They’re seriously really comfy! The insole is just what you’d expect from Birkenstock’s Bostons or Arizonas albeit a little softer and easier to break in since it’s a cork/foam mix rather than cork/latex in the clogs and sandals. They feel really good right out of the box except maybe a little stiff at times but nothing that won’t break in. I am a US size 9 (42 European) and that’s what I got. They feel ever so slightly big. A size smaller would be too small and Birkenstock does not do half numbers. Just be advised to use thicker socks:) overall they’re a 9/10 though!
