I have really cranky feet- lots of shoes rub my little toes, cause cramps in my arches, or make my plantar fasciitis flare up. These took about a week to get comfortable. They felt a little small to start with and rubbed at the front of my ankles, but now are giving enough so I’m not sore at the end of the day. They have good arch support. They also look nice- good with jeans, nicer slacks, or even a skirt and tights. They’re pricey but hopefully will last a long time.6 months later- my favorite shoes.
Blundstone truly is a great brand and after owning a few pairs I recommend.
I love how they fit. Slightly more difficult to put on because their is no loop on the front. Some may have trouble breaking in since the front is cut off right at the ankle. I wore them at home for the first 10 days off and on, today was my first full day and my feet are fine. I did put moleskin on the top of my feet so I wouldn’t get blisters. I love them, they will be a get work shoe and I can put my orthotics in them.

These boots are great quality, but, they are so hard to get on. Too time consuming struggling to get on with a light weight sock. There are other brands of boots out on the mktg. that require alot less effort to get on
I purchased a pair of Blundstone BL2036 Low-Cut in stout brown back in 2021 to wear for everyday work shoes. I work in an office and occasionally go out on a walk-through at job sites. In my middle age I wanted a shoe that is easy to slip on every morning and would be good looking in the office, yet rugged for a walk through outdoors. I found the right shoe. I've own Clark's Desert Chukkas, Doc Martens, Bear the Shoe. The Blundstone have been the most comfortable shoes to wear daily. I used to be a big fan of Doc Martens but their shoes have never been the same since they are manufactured in SE Asia.The uppers are durable and so easy to clean and polish. I wish they would have used hard rubber soles instead of PU that would last longer and can be resoled.
I am a woman and have been looking for a chunkier, casual fall/winter shoe. I found it!! I ordered the rustic brown in a size 9. I typically wear an 8 1/2, but due to surgery a year ago for capsulitis of the second toe, needed a wider toe shoe for the future. These shoes are so comfortable and I absolutely love the look with jeans!!
