It is a very comfortable shoes. I like the support you get around your ankles. The color I selected goes with everything. This is my second pair.

These come a little big from heel to toe but narrow if you have wide feet. They are comfortable in the sole but the side material really bangs up your ankles if you walk in these for a long time. As my spouse says "pretty hurts" and these really drive that saying home to me. They look amazing and make me about 3 inches taller but they hurt even after a breaking in period. I only wear them when I know I will be sitting most of the time which kind of defeats the purpose of the extra height.

I got these shoes in size 6.5, Grey, and I am typically a women's size 8-8.5 in boots and my feet are 9.3 inches long. These shoes run a bit large, I'd say half size large, but I highly recommend wearing with thick socks (not paper thin dress socks) so then it's just right. There is some rough exposed stitching in the shoe and the sides are hard so if you don't wear socks your feet are gonna get torn up. If you have wider feet or want to compensate more for socks, size up.These are significantly more comfortable than women's hidden wedge shoes, the wedge with these is at a less severe angle. I would personally say, however, these aren't for walking in all day because the arch support is not good, especially for someone with high arches like myself. So it's okay for a date where you're going to be sitting mostly, or a workplace with not a lot of walking or standing, IMO.The non-removable wedge insole in these is somewhat cushioned, moreso than you would normally find in a men's dress shoe. A extra pair of thin insoles is also provided, however they slip around some. I also tried prescription insoles, which slid too much to walk in, and another pair of thin insoles also slid around. Probably because the shoe insole is really smooth. So extra cushioning will probably have to come from socks.These are pretty narrow for a men's shoe, like a euro dress shoe cut, so if you don't have skinny feet and ankles you may find these too narrow. The quality is mostly good except the zippers are awful and I'm going to have to baby them and don't have confidence I won't break them because they don't go up and down smoothly at all. But the patent leather (plastic) is of a higher quality and the soles are grippy and solid. They don't look cheap although since it's not real leather I still feel like it's a tad overpriced. The Goodyear welting does mean the shoe sole is easily replaceable/repairable though, as well as improved water resistance. And plastic shoes are easy to wipe clean.The styling on these is what I would call dressy casual, these would look great with dark jeans and a dress shirt. Perfect for a more casual workplace or a night out.

These shoes are well made of durable materials. There are no loose threads, no gobs of glue, no loose pieces. The laces are an acceptable weight lace.The design of the shoes is as shown and the fit is good per U.S. size scales.I like and recommend the shoes, they will pass your “hands on” test when they arrive so do not hesitate to order if you like the look.I will update this review if my feelings and experience with these shoes changes. They have only been worn a few times since receiving them and only time will tell how well they hold up. If they last a year I consider that a success.

Just wore these for the first time and my feet are killing me! maybe there is a break in period like some shoes have, but initially these are not comfortable at all... the elevated inner sole is also a little awkward. Maybe it is because I'm not used to a shoe fitting this weal but it feels very clunky and odd to walk in. It'salmost like standing up on your toes all day. These also run a bit small and tight. I am regularly a men's size 11, and these were VERY snug to get on in that size. These do look nice and seem to be nice quality, but the comfort and fit are not great so far.

These boots are absolutely gorgeous! They shine. The details are well designed. They are not comfortable to walk in and impossible to drive in. I will still wear them because they are truly beautiful.

We ordered the grey boots. They are a beautiful mottled grey varying from light to dark. The leather is a shiny patent leather. The sole is very rugged in appearance and should hold up well. They run narrow, so we sized up half a size for my husband's wide feet. They are still a bit snug, but since they are leather I think they will stretch a bit. We measured, and they do indeed increase the wearer's height by 3.6 inches. There is elastic on one side of the boot, and a plastic zipper with a metal pull on the other side to make them easier to get on and off. They came with an extra pair of insoles and a shoe horn. These are very nice quality boots. Would definitely recommend them.

Well after all kinds of problems with the delivery, and relabeling, and finally getting to me, I am quite surprised and happy with this product. The shoes do give you the extra hidden height that it promises. The really neat thing about these shoes is that they are a wonderful middle ground between very fancy and almost like work boots. It has the waffle tread of a casual boot. but it has the fine leather and excellent styling of a shoe you would wear to an office. This is very smart. The coloring is a little interesting, sort of a cloudy mottling. I think that it’s trying to go to that middle ground where it looks like it might be a fine office shoe but also could be a night out at the bar, fun kind of boot. The sides zips are excellent. The shoe is extremely comfortable. I would have no problem wearing it all day. Excellent insoles are also provided, with a shoehorn. Very professional product, that could also be considered casual.
