Size up! Carters makes good quality shoes but they tend to run small. My son will get a lot of great use out of these.

These boots are cute and the right size and once you manage to wiggle, fight, and force them on they keep his feet warm- BUT the problem is just that they are dang near impossible to get or to know if his feet are all the way in. For a company that specializes in kids clothes this is a terrible design. Bought new boots just because I didn’t want to fight with them anymore
Fit great and look cute for snow boots. They don’t stand up to water so well. Best suited for snow, not slush.
My poor kid’s feet were a size 3 when I bought these. I got a size 4 and they were way too small that you can’t get your child’s foot in easily. Definitely size up!
