I was skeptical about these boots when I ordered them. I have plantars fasciitis, so my feet hurt all the time. These boots are actually comfortable for much longer than my tennis shoes are. I don't know how, but they are. I really loved them. I've worn them three times. Each time I kept them on all day to make sure they would remain comfortable all day, and they passed the test.
I bought this style boot in two colors. They’re perfect for dressing up or down. I usually wear a 9.5 but bought 9. This size fits fine for me, if I were to have sized up I believe my heels would’ve felt too lose in the boots.
These are really nice looking & look to be made well. I've only worn once as it is not winter yet. They fit trueto size. Downside for me is while they ha e great arch support, the heel is rock hard & hurt after walking, so had to get a heel insert to cushion. Also, they are very heavy. I have steel toed boots that don't weigh this much, so I don't plan to use them for much walking. I would have preferred to have had a zipper as they are a bit hard to get into, but that seems to be the style lately. I'll end up using them as a fashion boot & not a work boot. They are cute for that.
Wore these the entirety of my honeymoon hiking through Colorado- they were comfortable and lived up to every expectation. They do run slightly small, so I would size up.
These boots are CUTE and I love the traction on the bottom, but ultimately I’m really disappointed in the quality and fit. The ankles are really wide and the construction is poor so it feels like they just slip around even though the foot portion fits well. The upper portion feels like it’s made out of cardboard and won’t last. Really odd for this brand.

I wanted to love these shoes so much as Chaco is one of my favorite brands I have many of their sandals so I thought I would try these boots. I typically wear a 9-9.5 so I ordered a 9.5 just to be sure because I like plenty of toe room. These are so tight and stiff and I barely got them on. The tag on the back of the shoe couldn’t last long considering I used it to pull and tug on my shoe and thought it was going to break. I am probably sending these back unfortunately. After one whole day of work and wearing these I have blisters and my feet were in pain there is no give what so ever to these. Maybe size up even more than usual if you insist on buying these.
I was excited about this shoe. It’s super cute, but as I just tried them on, the loop in the back broke on my right shoe! First try! Very sad.It’s also not that comfortable, like my other chacon have been.
