Clarks womens Sillian Tana Fashion Boot, Black Synthetic Nubuck, 6 US

I am editing this review after having these boots for about a month. I am increasing the rating to 5 stars. I now never want to take these boots off. They are really comfortable and also cute. A nice thing is that the foot beds are replaceable. They don't hurt anymore and it only took maybe 3 wears to wear them in (I've worn them with socks reach time since my first bad experience with no socks). The only problem is I'm not quite sure how to clean the fabric upper. It's a fairly soft, weird fabric that I've never experienced (but it is a nice feeling and looking fabric). It kind of looks like it has pores. I looked around and couldn't find anywhere where it said exactly what the fabric is. I guess maybe I'll try just a cloth with water. It doesn't seem like the fabric had dirt sink in; i.e. they are pretty dirt-repellent. As far as I can tell they are also water-repellent, but I didn't like stand in a lake or anything. The boots have gotten pretty dirty from dirt and salt in Minnesota in the winter (can I say dirt more times?). Stuff comes off the bottoms/soles just fine because they are that plastic rubber material (can't remember the name of it). Below is my original review.After reading the reviews I expected these to be like, impossibly soft, considering someone even said they were too soft. I guess the soles are pretty cushy, but the sides and back are not comfortable. I wore them with socks the first time and they kind of rubbed weird on one heel. I wore them without socks the second day and it was not good at all. I usually wear most shoes and boots without socks and expected these to be ok, but they rubbed badly, especially on my inside ankles where the zippers are and on my heels. I was able to tuck in my pants to shield the zippers a bit. I may increase this to 5 stars later if they break in and become more comfortable. Like I said, the soles are cushy and didn't cause any pain. They are also cute (but the black gets dirty fast).

As someone who walks a lot, I am always on the lookout for comfortable slip-on booties & shoes and these did not disappoint. Don't know how I've missed these!. I love that they are (1) vegan, (2) comfortable (the insoles!), and (3) stylish. My biggest challenge was figuring out the right size so I hope this helps someone else. I normally wear 7M in Skechers pull on sneaker (the stretchy knit ones) but after reading ALL the reviews on the cloudsteppers I was hesitant to order my usual size. I went by the Clark's sizing chart and the reviews and, because I have a moderately wide toe box area due to bunions, and because this boot is not stretchy material like Skechers, I ordered up to 7-1/2 W. The width was perfect but the length was 1/2" too long so I returned them for 7W and they were perfect. So, for sizing purposes my foot is 9.5" long and 3.5" wide. Very happy with these boots and definitely recommend.

For the most part they fit great, they are a little narrow around the top of foot....where the ankle meets the foot directly above the arch, I just wear thinner socks.

It's a very nice looking boot which I purchased for my wife about a year ago. It's not for being outside in the snow and cold! Think of it more as a shoe. Get some protective spray and give them a couple of douses. Try to stay out of salt if you can. My wife puts them on to go to work when it hasn't snowed and will wear them at work and she has gotten several compliments on them. But she has an old pair of boots in her locker that she can put on if needed so that these stay nice. She has been very happy with them. They are light weight, stylish and comfortable while being warm enough to wear on any day without snow.

I love this booties!! I bought the shoes that were the same as the boots and they were too small so I knew when getting these booties what size to get and I love, love, love them!! They are super comfortable!! And they look really cute!! The perfect bootie for the type of weather we have here in Atlanta.I typically wear a 9-91/2 but I had to go up to a 10 Wide, I was worried they’d be too big but they fit perfect. They run small and narrow.They are NOT suede or leather and there’s no where that says they are. Some complained they weren’t suede or leather. If you are going to spend any amount of money read the information that the company puts out for customers to read about their products. Read the reviews. The good reviews as well as the bad.I find out all I can about a product, especially when it’s more than $50.00. Clark’s has a good reputation but not everyone of their shoes/boots are to my liking.Too many nitpick over things that don’t matter...

I bought this because I loved the previous similar version called the Sicilian Sway which was very comfortable and well fitting (in size 10w) These were not nearly as comfortable. There is a bit of a gap in part that wraps. Although I got a wide, it was not wide as i expected compared to other clarks.Nice looking shoe but disappointed in comfort and fit.

I like Clarks because they're well made and have styles for a narrow foot like mine. The day these were delivered I put them on immediately to see if they fit. So comfy I didn't take them off till the end of the day. I like that they're lightweight with a cushy sole, and the inside zipper makes it easy to get on and off. The outer side has the adjustable velcro strap, too. After 6 weeks, these are my go-to shoes, I have them on now and my feet are happy.

I love these boots! They are super comfortable and slip on easily with the side zipper, plus have velcro for adjusting the fit. The navy is very dark and looks almost black but that means I can get away with wearing them with black slacks as well as with navy or jeans. I have gotten compliments on them. I was thrilled that they were available in my hard to find size of 9.5 Wide and they are nice and roomy and accommodate sock thickness. I may get another pair in another color.
