I own many pairs of Cole Haan booties. This particular pair are extremely comfortable, and look very stylish. They appear to be of excellent quality. They are very flattering and look great, with leggings, skinny or a boyfriend jeans. My only complaint is that each boot is wrapped in a stiff cellophane-type plastic, which left impressions on the suede leather. The lines brush out with a suede brush, which would not be necessary without the use of the plastic. The plastic also holds in a slight dye-like smell to the boots that dissipates when the plastic is removed. I wear from a6 1/2" to a 7 1/2" size, depending on the shoe style and toe shape. I ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly. The toe is nicely rounded, creating a feminine appearance without being, too pointed. The color is a warm grey, similar to the photograph. I highly recommend these boos.
Black ankle boots are my go too in the winter. I always have a dress pair but unfortunately my last ones had had it and looked awful. That was well over two years ago and I have yet to find a pair that I liked or fit me right. I am a size 11 and I prefer a 1" to 1 1/2" heel. I found these on Amazon and ordered them but did not get my hopes up. I tried them on and they are perfect! Just what I was looking for! They are classic, nice shape to the toe bed (not too round or too pointy) the heel is a little higher than I like but I can live with that. The height of the shaft is just right that they won't get caught up on pant leg and you have to keep adjusting them. No "junk" on them (ankle straps, hideous zippers, buckles etc.) a just nice plain ankle boot with a plane buckle. They are excellent quality and I know that I will have them for a long time!
I read all the comments that this fit "too narrow" and decided to give it a try as normally wear 9.5N. The toe area is definitely snug (even I'll need to stretch it a tad) and the heel area will do with just a strip of "heel slip" tape for me. The soles are slippery, so those will also need some non-skid something added and cushoning is meh. So, if you actually normally wear N, give these a try.
True size. A very comfortable boot. Easy to pull on and off. Neutral color to wear with black, gray, or navy.
I like the look of these boots, they look nice, but I don’t find them to be comfortable. They make my feet feel tired and they hurt. I should say I do have plantar fasciitis, so someone without that issue may find them comfortable. Very nice looking boots though.
Shoes were too tight. Size up by at least 1/2 size. But be sure what you are getting. the return process with amazon has been AWFUL!! Employees don't know how to process returns!
These shoes are very comfy. True to size and they look good
These boots are absolutely beautiful. I am a straight size 8 in all other shoes; however, these were a bit tight and left blisters on my heals. After they are broken in they fit wonderful, but I recommend ordering a 1/2 size up to prevent this.
