The boots showed up and when I unboxed they looked great! Polished, not a blemish. They're lightweight and comfortable. I ordered a 9.5 but honestly they felt a half size larger. Also the ankle support is very wide. Maybe I was sent wrong size(9.5 wide)?

Boots are sized appropriately. Although for the 11W a boot liner and boot sock might keep my foot in place. The insole is a little weak but a better insole will do wonders.

I would compare this shoe/boot to be similar with costume jewelry ... you only wear occasionally, they look really good, you get a lot of compliments and it doesn't cost you a lot of money. The faux leather creases/scratches easily.
