The shoe fits well, maybe a little roomy for thin feet. The fake leather is noticeable though…no creases, you cannot compare to leather
Typically this brand has really comfortable boots but this pair certainly is not. The sole of the shoe is rock hard. If you walk any longer than 15 minutes you will be in pain. I’ve had these boots for a year and have also noticed the coloring on the heel has been scraped off. I do not recommend these boots.
I bought these booties about a year ago and have always liked the way they looked and how they were moderately comfortable for having a little heel. However, when I bought them over a year ago they were less than $50. I came to Amazon to purchase another pair and saw they are now listed at $90… they are not worth almost $100. I had these for maybe a few months before the inside of the soles were coming apart, but I didn’t mind because they were decently priced. Now the bottom piece of the heel has completely come apart and because the inside sole didn’t last long, they are so uncomfortable. For a Dr scholls shoe, these were okay considering the price but now that they are $90 it just isn’t worth it. If you’re looking for comfort and long lasting, spend your money elsewhere.
These are really cute but uncomfortable. The insole heel part is very hard! Heels were in pian after a while. These seemed like someone returned them, were used a few times and later returned. Or maybe thats the way they were made? The instep (front part of the ankel bend) was wrinkled like the boot had been worn. They were clean and so was the bottom but had my doubts. Quality is ok, I have some similar Steve Madden boots that are better quality than these. I did not return because I didn't want to deal with the hassel and was in desperate need of boots for an outfit. They do clean well, somone accidently spill something on the floor and splashed on my boots, cleaned with a wet raw and a little bit of soap.
I don't normally leave too many reviews, but need to on these shoes - for the price, I am disappointed in the quality. Like others have said, the heels nick very quickly unfortunately, but my issue is the blue liner in the foot bed. The left side glue came off almost instantly and would bunch up under the arch of my foot! This morning, after months of this annoyance, I ripped that blue liner off, but the glue was still holding where the toes are, so now I have ripped off part of the layer below that! My feet do not hurt by the end of the day but they are CHEAPLY made. I would probably not purchase again unless they make major changes in quality.
The first time I wore them they were tight and painful. I looked online and tried the method to make the boots more comfortable. So I wore the boots with heavy socks for about 8 hours and used my blow dryer on hot around tight areas. Next time I wore them they were better fitting. They are stylish and you dress up or down.
I never write reviews but I rely on them so I felt that I should payback the favor. I wear a size 9 shoe and bought a size 9. They fit true to size. As in prior reviews they do have a hard sole and not the most comfortable. I plan to buy padded socks which I think will help that. I wish the little pull on tab on the heel of the shoe was large enough to fit your finger in, this would make boot pull on easier. I plan to keep them and wear them on my trip to Nashville, so I am spending time in them around the house to break them in.For the price, I think they are a good value and are comfortable enough for an evening out.
I wanted to love these, the way I love my Dr. scholl’s slides. These do not have the same comforting insoles, they feel like any other boot. As others have said, they run narrow, but I have narrow feet and ankles so I knew they’d be a good fit for me. My toes actually slide forward a bit after walking a distance. Also, as someone else mentioned, a piece of my heel chipped off after the first wear. I probably fill it in with marker and it’ll not be noticeable, but it’s not great as a customer for that to be normal. They style really cute and the heel is a great casual height. I’ll be wearing them plenty for sure, but I’m not wowed.
