Very nice boots. Love the rubbery sole.I usually take 8 Narrow, I found size 39 in these boots was too large, definitely a B width, not narrow. Found a 38 fits well.The boots are lined with leather, a big plus. I was looking for boots with thick rubber soles, these are excellent. The heel is just the right height for comfort.These boots have a sleek look and a fairly tall shaft that I like for wearing with skirts. However, I found when I walk, the shaft hits my front shin at a tender place. Looking closer, it seems the strap creasing the shaft at the back might be a design error (explaining why these nice boots are a reduced price), pulling the front edge of the shaft against the front of my leg. If necessary, I will carefully cut this strap off to make the boots more comfortable.UPDATE 8/10/15 The rubbing against my shin, which was the only flaw I saw in the boots, went away as I wore them once or twice. The leather apparently softened a bit. These are great boots and I'm thrilled with my purchase.
A little too small and tight in the toes. Might be able to stretch, but found another pair I liked better.
So I ordered these 1/2 size larger than my usual shoe size based on numerous comments stating the boots run small. They actually run large in length. I should have ordered 1/2 size smaller than my usual size. Aside from that, they are well made and comfortable. Awesome soles. Just a wee bit narrow, but not tight.
these boots are very lovely but unfortunately they were mismatched in size even though they both said 38 on the inside. I wear a 7.5M (38), which I ordered, and was very excited about the wonderful fit when I put the right one on, then I tried to put the left boot on and it was so small I could not even get my foot in the boot. they had to go back. very disappointed. nice shaft height of almost 7" makes it versatile for over/under skinny jeans or legging, not too large of circumference. I think these would be great if consistent sizing. nice suede and looks like traction would be good. I have other el naturalista's and they do offer good support and traction for those of us who have snowy winters.
buy a number bigger if you want to buy them
