I ordered quite a few....well, four other pairs of boots. I sent all of them back. I did not what to settled on an okay pair. I ultimatey picked this boot. I like the neutral brown color and the ease of zipping them up. They are somewhat rugged and also stylish. The heal design makes them unique. I get about an inch lift wearing this boot. Just the right amount. The fit around the ankle is snug in a good way. There's no rubbing or discomfort while walking even though I feel the top part of the boot around the ankle. The leather is soft.

Fourth pair of Fly London's and I have yet to be disappointed. These are hands down the most comfortable boot out of the box I have ever owned, they actually feel like I'm wearing sneakers.Inside zip makes them easy on and off. I love the slight wedge on the sole too, really kicks it up a bit. The Brick color is more brown then red, true to screen color, on my monitor at least.I normally wear an 8.5 in US sizes and I always wear a 39 in these. No snugness, fit like a glove.Overall the attention to detail and quality of them is well worth the price, and Amazon has the best prices in the States for them.They look adorable with jeans, a little dressed up then my normal combat boots - super pleased.

I wear US size 7. EU size 38 was too big. Returned and reordered EU37, fits perfect. The return/ exchange process was confusing. I thought the company would simply send me the next smaller size as indicated on the return instructions. Communication via email was confusing, almost like the person responding didn't speak English as their first language. I did finally get a refund and ordered the size 37. This pair arrived very quickly and I just love the boots! I walked a couple miles in them the first day with no problem, very comfortable. So I own a pair of functional and stylish shoes! I love them so much I'm going to order another pair.

These boots are awesome! They fit like a glove and are super comfortable. I am wide in the toes (but nowhere else). I often have to size up to accommodate my toes, but not with these. They felt snug for a minute, but molded perfectly to my feet very quickly. I am usually a U.S. size 8, Eur 39. I ordered size 8. Glad I did. The leather is thick & high quality, but the boots are light weight. I ordered black because I needed a good low black boot. Now I need other colors!

I'm a sucker for wingtips -- I didn't need dark brown boots, but I couldn't pass these up. I've been wearing these boots for a week, and from what I can tell, they're very well made with quality materials. The leather is great, and they look so cool (I've received a lot of compliments). The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that although the heel of the sole is very nicely cushioned, the forward part of the shoe is not cushioned at all. You can tell from the pictures. It is so odd. There's no squishy stuff molded into the insole, or sewn into the lining of the insole...it's just fabric insole, I think. I read reviews for boots with this same sole...everybody says "comfy", so maybe I'm the only one. I have the Mes boots (same sole) coming from the UK, and I'm not sure if I'm going to keep them or not.

Really neat style and beautiful color. The leather is soft, good quality, the shoes fit the arch of the leg and does not slip on the heel. I recommend this model of Fly London shoes.

Purchased my first pair of FL in 2017 just replacing them with these and perfect! Great quality, well made and worth every penny! I’d have had my first pair repaired but could not find a cobbler so the boot was still in great condition just needed some minor repairs
