I bought this boot for motorcycle riding. The boot fits perfectly for the shift lever and the soles are very good for gripping the pavement. In addition to the boots function, it is a very attractive boot without looking like a man's boot.
Good leather. Good arch. I wear size 11 and most 11s are too narrow. These are perfect!Well made! I expect to wear them for years.
I purchased both these and the Marcus boots to compare at home. The upper is beautiful (the cognac is a great color), and the boots were comfortable right out of the box. Unfortunately the soles looked very cheap, especially when compared to the soles of the Marcus boots. I'm pretty disappointed so these are going back and I will keep the Marcus boots instead.

Might as well wear wooden clogs. No give to leather or sole.
These are so stiff and uncomfortable the tops rubbed through my jeans and bruised my lower shins.
