These are design to be very cold out 100% waterproof boots, that's why they come with the insulated insert. If you are buying these for warm wet conditions only, i would go down at least one inch in your size, since you won't be using the insulated insert that takes up appr 1/2 in length. OK, if you are buying these for the cold winter months, say out sitting in the cold for hours during deer season. I wear size 11 in shoes, so I always purchase size 13 when it comes to winter boots. With these in size 13 I can wear 4 layers of socks, maybe even 5, but I think 5 might be pushing it. With only 2 they are a little loose, with 3 layers of socks they are pretty good, But 4 pairs feels the best. I didn't try 5 pairs. OK, I hope that helps. I just got them today, so I can only talk about how they fit.
Great winter boot. Warm. Comfy. Fit was solid for my 13 foot. Width was perfect. They’ve held up this far, didn’t put them through much more than a few shoveling and casual strolls to the mailbox with the Mrs.
There is nothing to dislike about these boots. They are comfortable, warm, water proof and well worth the money.
Toes kept getting cold. Used it for snow blowing. Also after 3 month of on and off wearing them they spilt up on the soles do. Don’t purchase I beg you also Amazon needs to filter these company’s.
At first these boots were a little stiff but they softened up with wear. Just now getting cold here and the tread on these takes me through snow and ice with no hesitation! So far I've gotten by with wearing them at 22 degrees but might have to use snow boots for colder weather. They have a great liner and cinch top that truly keeps my feet warm and dry. Kind of a mid length boot topping out about 2" below my knee.
I bought these because muck boots don’t fit me well. These boots are comfortable and warm. With wool socks my feet have been comfortable in the woods during cold temperatures. The one thing missing is a pull tab that would help you pull them on.
Very disappointed in these as they claim to be made in Canada. Overall they seem like nice boots for working around the farm; however, after only three months of periodic use the liner is disintegrating and wore completely through at the heel. I had Muck boots (made in China) that lasted three years before the sole peeled off and no issue at all with the liner.
These boots are very warm. I use them for deer hunting. My hands and feet getting cold are what usually send me to the truck to get warm. But not with these boots. I usually just wear a pair of short workout socks in them.
