Nice boot, just heavy.
I previously purchased the black leather Kenneth Cole Reaction Chelsea-style Salt boot and they were perfect to travel when there's a lot of walking in inclement weather. I wanted a thicker lug sole for winter and I liked the more neutral plum color. The croc embossed is synthetic leather and overall a full size larger than the leather boots with wider toe box. Recommend wearing taller socks to prevent friction burns. The ankle opening is slightly narrower which is perfect for people with narrower ankles, otherwise, go up a half size. Getting the correct size was a bit tricky but I get compliments when I wear either boot and would highly recommend.
