Ordered these for my daughter for Christmas - they are just as pictured. Quality appears to be good and the bows are a cute touch. My daughter is a size 13, but I ordered a size 1 to give her room to grow into. They fit just as expected and give her a little space to grow into. I ordered Bear Paws in a size 1 and they were way too small. Glad these are true to size. Great alternative to paying a lot of money for Uggs - Highly recommend!

Bought these for my granddaughter and she loved them. She normally wears a 6 in sneakers so i thought the size 5 would not fit. But they did with some room to grow.She's thrilled, im happy and it worked out. She wore them in the house a few days before school break ended. . Lol they're warm, comfortable and decently priced.I would suggest purchasing the care kit from Ugg. Because they should be prepped against stains, dirt, water ect prior to wearing them. And you can clean them to keep them looking nice.
