I have to buy shoes with good arch support. Which usually means an expensive brand. Decided to take a chance on these. I did order up a size and glad I did. Very sharp looking and dressy boot. I found them comfortable with good arch support.

It's true to size. I'm a 7.5. I put gel pads in the toe box just because my bones need the cushioning. They are cute and fine for the price.
Runs pretty narrow so if you have a medium to wider foot these will not be for you. I love the style and look and will be able to comfortably wear them for short periods of time as I'm not sure the comfort level is made for all day wear or lots of standing/walking. Still super cute!

Wanted a comfortable little ankle boot and this one looked good. Unfortunately, they are stiff and don't provide much comfort(no cushioning). Disappointed. Also cut a bit small for the size listed.
I gifted my sister the exact pair of boots last year for Christmas and she loved them. So much so, that I decided she deserved a new pair. For someone that is hard for me to shop for, this was a no brainer. The boots are classy and comfy (purchased wide).
I used this product once and I was surprised that it wasn’t as comfortable as the ones I used to have . I have a few that are 1-2 inch heels and could run with it. This one was very narrow toward the sides. There is not sufficient cushion make every step painful. The size was inaccurate. It felt smaller than what it was assigned to.
