Bought these for an adventure on the rainy, damp, moist Oregon coast. They not only look cute w/ skinny jeans/pants but also kept my feet dry. We walked down a few beaches in the drizzling rain, climbed the steps of the Astoria Column. The sand, dirt, mud wiped right off! For the most part, my feet were happy. I will recommend sizing UP as they are not the most padded or warm boot so you can add a cushion insole and wear some warm thick socks!I get compliments every time I wear them!
So these boots are perfectly incognito rain boots you wouldn’t know from looking at them, they’re comfortable in the inside of the shoe, but the top edge hits my ankle in such a weird way and is very stiff so that part hurts. I am not sure if I will keep or not. Have to test more in the living room maybe with thicker socks.
I got my boots on sale and took them on my last vacation. They were comfortable, but a bit stiff. They survived my trip, kept my feet warm and dry, and looked good. I saw some reviews with quality issues, but mine were fine. I’m looking forward to getting plenty of wear out of them on rainy days.
these were cute but they gave me a little blister around the ankle, would wear with taller socks. They were pretty heavy but exactly the style I was looking for.
They get 10/10 for style. They really are handsome boots and go with everything. They have their limitations though. They don’t hold up for longer than a season before the rubber starts splitting at the seams. That said, I just buy a new pair every year. I’m on my fourth pair, and while they aren’t durable, they are perfect for lightly rainy days. I live in an area where these shoes are appropriate for 6 months out of the year, so keep that in mind too! They get their use.
I purchased these for a trip to Scotland and they went with most of my outfits well and I was very happy at first. Unfortunately they only went 3 days before the shamrock tag fell off of one of them and the sole became removed from the boot in both. They remained waterproof the entire trip, however, and I still like they way they look so I am choosing to repair them and keep them. If you are unsure of size, I would recommend rounding up. I ordered a US 9 and 10 to try as a 9.5 and the 9s were not possible for me.
I got these for a spring trip to Ireland, they were perfect in not being too hot, comfortable on my feet with lots of walking and kept them dry.
They look dressy and i have worn them multiple times when its raining and my feet stayed completely dry. Wouldn't plan to wear for long hours like 8-10 hours because feet might hurt but overall they are great
